Minister Radebe to give update on the NDP Youth Ambassadors private
sector support
The Minister in the
Presidency for Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and Chairperson of the
National Planning Commission, Jeff Radebe will announce support by Liquid
Telecom, Cisco and Altron to the National Development Plan (NDP) Youth
Ambassadors.
Minister Radebe and the
ambassadors met with captains of industry on 1 September 2017 to introduce the
NDP Youth Ambassador programme to the business sector and foster a strong
relationship on youth entrepreneurship.
The NDP Youth
Ambassador programme is an endeavor aimed at providing a platform for young
people to share ideas that will take South Africa forward and contribute in
stimulating the country’s economy. The programme was officially launched by
Minister Radebe on 28 September 2017 in Johannesburg.
