Every year during MPAT assessments DPME identifies departments that perform well in each of the Key Performance Areas such as Strategic Management, Governance and Accountability, Human Resource Management and Financial Management. These departments are identified after a group of experts (Moderators) in each of the respective areas have finished moderating the self-assessments of departments based on the evidence that they have submitted to support their scores.
Once the moderation process is completed DPME develop case story reports, cartoons and video clips. The purpose of putting the case stories on our website is to create a platform where government departments can access the information for learning purposes. .
